  1. Sounds like a great recipe, Martin. I plan to smoke this though. I’m thinking 250 as the smoker temp, since these are thicker than just the breast in original form. Depending on the final appearance, I may finish it on the grill with the baste.
    Can I get your thoughts on smoke temp (and any other suggestions)?
