Unrivaled Food Safety Performance	True ONE SECOND readings with an accuracy to ±0.5°F (4 times the Food Code requirement) puts Thermapen ONE Blue in a class of its own for accurate food temps to protect restaurant brands. No competitor comes close!
Enhance Checklist Display	Restaurant staff can see critical decision-making data on the probe screen including what they are measuring, the high and low limits of that item, and whether the reading is a PASS or FAIL before they press record. This is a game changer for paperless HACCP!
Improved Durability	Engineered to be fully waterproof with an IP67 rating, fully submersible and sealed from any ingress points from water, oils, and other kitchen messes. An optional boot protects from rough staff handling.
