  1. Martin, what an exciting read! I was startled by the history of Nashville Hot Chicken and had no idea it came from Prince’s Hot Chicken restaurant. I attempted to make this delicious meal at home several times but was always unhappy since I prefer my chicken to be extremely spicy on the tongue. So I’m inclined to try your recipe, which turned out fairly well. This is by far the finest dish I’ve ever made in my kitchen. I’ll try again and keep you updated.
