It was great to have Steven Raichlen, best-selling author and host of TV shows like Project Fire, Project Smoke and primal Grill, visit ThermoWorks Headquarters in American Fork, Utah. Raichlen recently launched Project Smoke and started the event by signing a few select copies for ThermoWorks customers.
Included in this slideshow is a recap of the day’s events including Raichlen’s tour of ThermoWorks, his quick class on the best way to cook ribs and his famous Smoked Bacon-Bourbon Apple Crisp on the ThermoWorks BBQ Patio. He was also a judge in the BBQ Competition hosted along with Cameron Tree of Bam Bam’s BBQ and HeyGrillHey owner and grilling expert Susie Bullock judging competition ribs from five local BBQ teams.
