This makes a ton of sense. I always cook my own steaks at home to save money. I only go out for things I can’t make. Thermopen certainly helps cook meats properly.

Excellent…

For most people, meat is still the most costly part of grocery shopping. Cooking it safely is one important consideration. Cooking it well, is another. No need to cook beef or pork to hockey puck consistency to ensure it is “done.” Poultry juices will run clear before the temperature is safe, so it’s important to know the internal temp. for safety. Thermapen makes it easy to cook for both quality and safety.

I love smoking meats but the one thing i use to check temp is a thermometer but i use a cheap one that i feel is not accurate and a thermopen would sure be nice. Want to make sure my meat is cooked enough for safety but then not to done either. Those meats sure look good.

I used to use the “touch” method to check for doneness. My wife hated that, and didn’t really trust me. Thermapen is super fast and accurate. Plus they look cool too.

The Thermapen would surely eliminate unneeded stress when cooking for family and friends.

Excellent, and I like this. Plan to reference in the future for sure.

Thick steaks don’t work well with the “touch method”. That makes the Thermopen perfect.

I’ve been chasing meat temps in my smoker for years, and have yet to find a consistent, accurate reading. Thermapen looks like it may be IT!

Using an accurate and fast thermometer has improved my meat cooking tremendously. Watching my cooking time is an aid, but temperature is the best indicator.

It is always smart and better at home.

I rarely use a thermometer, and so I’m excited to start using it. I will look much more professional. And I love gadgets.

I would love to win one of these! It would be the perfect addition to my smoker and when checking the temps on meats, like my signature, “Wang Dang Doodle Wings!”

Steak is pricy. Thermapen eliminates the guess work of ruining that tasty treat. Signed up for newsletter also.
