It’s the beginning of a new year and we all know what that means – time to pull out the ole’ pen and paper and write up some resolutions. Whether you’re trying to get out of debt, get back into your pants, eat less, pray more, kick the habit or simply spend more time with family – one thing is certain, resolutions are an important part of the new year.
While it’s true that a lot of people break their resolutions (I have yet to run that marathon), research shows that making them is useful. In fact, people who explicitly make resolutions are ten (10) times more likely to attain their goals than people who don’t. Take away – when you make your resolutions, be explicit!
In addition to the “to-do” list you’re compiling for 2012, we’re encouraging you to pencil-in a special resolution from the folks at ThermoWorks. It’s one that we’re certain will make for a more enjoyable – some might say more delicious year.
This year throw away your second-rate, knock-off, paper-weight thermometer and get something faster and more accurate! Who knows, with the time you save with a Super-Fast thermometer, you’ll be able to get busy getting back into those pants you haven’t worn since your senior year.
Think of it this way, a faster – more accurate – thermometer will not only save you time and money, but will also lead to a more healthy and productive new year. Less time in the kitchen means more time with family. Accurate temperature readings mean you can rest assured knowing your dinner will always be moist and delicious.
Start your year off right and ditch your crappy thermometers! What are you resolving to do in 2012?
